Positivity

Today marked the last day of my 40 day sadhana on the Meditation for the Positive Mind as taught by Yogi Bhajan and shared by 3ho.  It took a couple of starts, and technically yesterday should have been the last day, but given I'd just returned from a trip across the country and felt like I was in another dimension, I figured I could cut myself some slack ;).

These 40 days have truly been a time of stepping out of my comfort zone in terms of vulnerability, finding (and using) my voice, discovering and defending my boundaries and a test of my strength and resilience.

On reflection, the guidance to speak directly from my heart seemed to reach me subconsciously. I spoke my own truth. I rose to advocate for a loved one. I opened my heart to strangers and acquaintances even when it felt too big. I learned where I needed to build my fences and where I needed to open the gate for myself.

I am grateful for the opportunity to expand and evolve. Going to sit with this one for a bit.
